MapCrawl Pro provides advanced website crawling, sitemap generation, architecture visualization, and SEO analysis tools. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that the results generated will be error-free or compatible with all web technologies.

4. User Accounts and Security

To access specific features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Restricting access to your account from unauthorized parties.
  • Notifying us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Ethical Scraping and Acceptable Use

You agree to use MapCrawl Pro in an ethical and legal manner. Our Service is designed to assist with legitimate SEO and technical audits. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violation of Robots.txt: Using the Service to bypass a website's robots.txt directives without explicit permission from the site owner.
  • Aggressive Crawling: Setting crawl speeds that cause performance degradation or "Denial of Service" (DoS) for the target website.
  • Unauthorized Data Collection: Crawling or scraping personal data (PII) in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other data privacy laws.
  • Malicious Intent: Using the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code or underlying algorithms of MapCrawl Pro.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Certain tiers of MapCrawl Pro require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.

  • Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial months or unused features.
  • Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

MapCrawl Pro, its logo, designs, and proprietary code are the exclusive property of Terminus Marketing Corporation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. You retain all rights to the data you crawl or generate using our tools, provided such data was obtained legally.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERMINUS MARKETING CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terminus Marketing Corporation and its officers from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights while using our crawling tools.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Terminus Marketing Corporation is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
